Never have I laughed so fucking hard listening to Scotty's live anal breathung session, this past episode. I caught some of it whilst driving to work and I have to say, I was almost squenching the sphincter myself. Then at work in the Intensive Care Unit, I managed to freak out both my patient and a couple of colleagues. I wasn't sure whether it was from my maniacal laughter or whether it was watching my mincing around the bedside, arse cheeks clenched together.
